‘DOCTORS HOSPITAL MAKES

DONATION IN SUPPORT OF

BREATHE EASY CAMPAIGN’
________________________________________________________

The measuring scales dipped a little lower today for the Princess Margaret Hospital’s Breathe Easy Campaign with a donation from corporate sponsors, Doctors Hospital.

Infants born at the Princess Margaret Hospital can now ‘breathe easy’ thanks to the generous monetary donation. Earmarked for high risk, premature, low birth-weight, or critically ill newborns, the incubators will provide a means to control air temperature, oxygen concentrations, and relative humidity.

In addition the donated ventilators will support breathing until the infant's respiratory efforts are sufficient. To date, approximately forty thousand ($400,000.00) has been raised to benefit critically ill newborns in the Bahamas.
