Enhance your existing health coverage with the LAMP Insurance Supplement. This plan waives co-pays when you use your insurance at Doctors Hospital facilities, giving you seamless, affordable access to care while maximising the value of your insurance benefits.

No Charges on Annual Physical balance after insurance

  • Unlimited Primary Care Visits

  • 2 Free Imaging Services per calendar year (X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI)
  • 1 Free Mammogram per calendar year

LAMP Ultimate

$119 (+VAT) / month

LAMP Ultimate offers all the benefits of LAMP Primary with additional urgent care services and more. This plan provides peace of mind and access to the care you need, when you need it.

Membership Includes:

Unlimited primary & telehealth visits
Physician consultation only, will be covered at 100% and other services (if needed) will be discounted according to your plan
Six (6) free urgent care visits per calendar year
One (1) annual physical (with labs) per calendar year

Unlimited qualifying labs covered at 100% (when referred by a Doctors Hospital physician), or a 30% discount if referred by an external physician

What is LAMP?

LAMP (Loyalty Advantage Membership Program) is a healthcare membership initiative by Doctors Hospital, designed to make essential healthcare services more accessible and affordable. It offers several plan options to cater to different needs, including access to services like primary care, urgent care, labs, imaging, and prescription discounts.

LAMP is open to everyone, regardless of age, health status, or insurance coverage. There are no pre-screenings or medical history reviews required.
No. LAMP is not major medical insurance. It is designed to lower point-of-care costs at Doctors Hospital.
You can use LAMP benefits at any Doctors Hospital location in New Providence, Grand Bahama or the Family Islands.

You can pay your membership fees in several ways: 

  • Online via our payment portal using your Patient Number (provided upon sign-up). 
  • Wire Transfer. 
  • If you need help, email lamp@doctorshosp.com with your name and date of birth
  • Call (242) 302-4635 
  • WhatsApp (242) 822-1009. 

If you wish to end or switch your plan, notify us in writing (including your full name and patient number) at lamp@doctorshosp.com at least 30 days before the desired cancellation or change.

Yes. You can sign up even if you don’t have insurance. There are no pre-screenings or age caps.
You can sign up online. Once you submit your application, you will receive an invoice within 5–7 business days for membership fees and payment instructions.
You will receive an email confirmation. Within 3–5 business days, you’ll get your first invoice. After payment, you’ll be given your enrollment start date and a welcome packet.

Yes. LAMP members receive discounts on prescription medications. 

  • LAMP Primary: 30% discount 
  • LAMP Ultimate: $25 capped flat fee for qualifying meds, or 30% discount for others 
Members are eligible for a reduced $500 deposit for ER visits, with the balance billed afterward.
LAMP primarily covers primary care and urgent care services, but you can still receive discounts on labs and other services that may be part of specialist care.
