Nassau, The Bahamas – Monday 17th March 2025 – Doctors Hospital Health System Limited (BISX: DHS) today announced a two-for-one (2:1) stock split, reinforcing the company’s commitment to enhancing shareholder value and to making its shares more affordable to investors.
The stock split follows shareholder approval at the latest Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on December 31, 2024. Shareholders of record as at 20th March 2025 (the Record Date) will be eligible to receive an additional share for each share that they hold at that date. Doctors Hospital’s ordinary shares will begin trading on the Bahamas International Securities Exchange on a splitadjusted basis on 1st April 2025 (the Trading Date). At the end of the trading day on 3rd April 2025 (the Effective Split Date) the Share register will be updated and thereafter corresponding notices will be mailed to shareholders.
